Amex GBT Hotel Program

Amex GBT created a new market segment consisting of smaller clients who did not traditionally have a managed travel program. I was tasked with devising the product mix that would appeal to this client segment, the internal and external communications announcing the product launch, and the training materials for the Commercial team and the Operations teams. I worked with the Technology team to determine the products included in the new hotel program. I developed the value proposition, then worked with Marketing Communications to create collateral. Finally, I traveled across the world, socializing the new hotel program to the Commercial team and Travel Counselors (Operations).
